They fall asleep, they flirt w/ tenants, and they overall don't do their jobs. I caught the person in charge of my building in his car far away from where he should be. They are told where to be posted and they don't listen. We've had break ins during the day, so at night we need them to keep us safe. These people have no integrity. They're in charge of another building at my complex and the girl over there didn't catch someone climb 3 floors to break into that building. While I was on the phone with the police, she interrupted me. I hate liars and lazy people. That must be all they employ
